The staff is hurtful and hurtful they insult my gender and sexual orientation and they are ill equipped to correct the behavior after I made it very apparent to my counselor who then inquired w the staff supervisor well, actually, then replied that she witnessed the event however, there was more than 15 events of the same derogatory Herel behavior so in my opinion it was whitened but ignore ed and then I was denied access to my clinic director after I had made multiple attempts to contact or meet with her

Great modality for those suffering from opioid dependence disorder although I wish take home leniency wasn't based on policy and more to help improve the clients overall life and recovery rather than being assumed into thr status quo. In other words that take homes schedules are more individualized and not just based on policy where it limits someone's life and opportunities.

Horrible they always assume bad behavior are punitive towards any illness.

I was calling trying make a referral to get services closer to home for a patient. The lady who answered was rude and dismissive. She didn't identify the agency or herself, I understand places are under staffed and there's frustration amongst staff but she was terrible. The sad thing is people are being deterred from getting help. Many patients have said they tried calling but received the same treatment. Hopefully they can do better.
