I went through the Suffolk County Dental Society peer review process after an implant-supported crown failed — it became unstable, caused pain, and ultimately had to be removed and replaced by another dentist. What makes this more concerning is that this wasn’t even the first attempt. The original crown had to be remade early due to a fit issue, and the final crown still went on to fail.
