The doctor is fantastic but he probably has no idea his billing department is over charging and not following protocol on Medicare and Medicaid Insurance. I told them that everything they need payment for must have prior authorization in full and I would not be responsible for any payments whatsoever. I had Fidelis and in 2022 had the heart tests. Echocardiogram and Nuclear Stress Test. Everything was fine and in 2024 I came back for the same tests. They did the EKG and set me up to comeback for the echocardiogram. Next they... read more

Billing is an issue
Dr. Pratap in this office is amazing. My mother loves him. He answers all our questions and makes her feel at ease. The only Dr. who has given us his cell # to call anytime.
I’ve been sitting on this table for 45 minutes and no one’s come in. Needless to say I left. My time is valuable
