I went in to give my pet a bath and the receptionist Kelly said could not take her because I had to have an appointment and I told tthat the grimmer said as long as I have her there by 10:00 am she coud be seen .So after that the receptionist Kelly has condicted everything I have to say.I m a paying customer as well as anyone else.When I went in to pick my pet up ,Kelly said their would another hour and half before she was ready so I went back to my car and waited.After four days her skin is over dry and she starting to smel... read more

We have moved back to the area and followed Dr. Carr and her staff to her new office. I've never been happier with a vet and with boarding. They truly know and love my dog and remembered her from before. Quality, affordable, and quick care. Awesome job!
I love this place. I have had many dogs, but I have never had the care and treatment that I have experienced here. Dr. Carr has such a great manner about her. She is professional yet so caring and not condescending at all. Her staff, Kelly and Emily and others, are so compassionate that you know from the second you walk in that you are in the right place. Bravo ladies!!!!
From the moment we contacted Suffolk Animal Hospital, they have been nothing but helpful and courteous. Our dog was a nervous wreck when we brought him in for an update on his shots and a nail clipping. The staff was very patient with him and made us feel very welcome. We will continue to go to Suffolk Animal Hospital for all of our pets needs and recommend them to family friends
