Healthcare selection, costs, forms are all challenging and Sue is an expert who really knows the ins and outs of Medicare and individual plans. Her recommendations are well thought out and comprehensive. Sue is a pleasure to work with.
Sue is very knowledgeable, patient and kind! We needed more time than scheduled and she continued answering every question. Medicare information is complicated with two of us signing up with different birth dates, delaying Social Security and TBD retirement date when work covered medical ends. Meeting with Sue was the best thing that I could’ve done to work out my questions and concerns regarding Medicare and Social Security. She explained things to me that I was never aware of regarding Medicare and my current insurance through work. I feel very confident that her advice will make things so much easier when I’m ready to retire and hopefully start drawing Social Security in the near future.
