Good afternoon, hope this message finds you well, We received a notice on the door that our water will be shut down if we don't call this company Veolia, We called them and they came to change the meter with an electronic one in our house, We have been paying quarterly on time over $180 monthly and there is just 2 of us here at home. Too bad it takes these guys months to fix a leaking fire hydrant. The one near me has been leaking since February 2024. Multiple complaints... NO RESOLUTION.
Horrible customer service. Raul is the worst. Unwilling to work with customers, never returns phone calls, lazy and rude.
