We had our TV antenna installed recently and we are extremely happy with the level of service we received. Rick gave us a very accurate estimate of the total cost and time it would take to do the install. The installers,Tyler and Max, were very professional and polite. They explained how our television system operates with the new antenna, and made sure we were happy before they left. I can't say enough about the quality and service we received. Thank you, Suess!

Chuck and his crew are awesome!! I am a first time home buyer and needed some suggestions as far as TV options went, clarity, size, etc. and they showed me differences between my choices. I never once felt like they were taking advantage of me being a female - and they were even nicer upon the install!!! The two gentleman that came over were efficient and knowledgeable - getting my TV mounted onto the wall with zero issues. Thanks again for the great service!!

We were able to compare TVs better at Suess than other stores since they show live TV rather than demos. Folks at the store were knowledgeable and helpful. We also had Suess mount our new TV on the wall. Tyler and Isaiah did a great job...they helpful, courteous, and efficient. Happy with our new TV and our experience at Suess.

Max and Isaiah did a great job installing our antenna and hooking everything up. Very happy to finally cut that cable bill and save over $100 every month. Also have a great picture and many channels available. Would highly recommend!

Took my Pioneer turntable in to be fixed,the repair person told me it would take about around a week which I thought was fair. He called me the same day I brought it in and said he would have it done the next day! Very friendly and professional service! They even took my turntable out to my car for me when I picked it up! Will definitely do business with them again! Can't say enough good things about this place!!

Extremely knowledgeable. They have installed 2 systems for me. I wanted turnkey where I didn't have to mess with the installation. I also wanted one remote that controlled everything. The delivered exactly what I wanted.

Brian Porter helped us set up 3 phones - one which was a transfer from myself to my son and 2 were new replacing old devices. Brian was very knowledgeable and patient with the process. He also answered all questions and was extremely helpful. Also, he assured me that once we left, if we had problems or concerns to call or come in and he would continue to help!!!

Steve just finished installing our antenna in the attic and did a phenomenal job! We are absolutely thrilled with the whole experience. Ben S. was super helpful answering my questions and scheduling the installation appointment as well. Thank you all!
