Subaru and Sue's Roos (dba Gallagher's) go hand in hand If you have a Subie, Patrick is the Subaru doctor to see. He touts he has been in biz longer than the local big dealers in Jackson, and it's true. He does everything from tune-ups to engine rebuilds. He's such a believer, he even sells used Subies. Highly recommended.
They don't mess around when it comes to repairs. They tell you what needs to be done and thats it.

Best customer service I have ever received from an auto repair shop. From start to finish they took very good care of me. I've bought four very reliable Subie's from Sue's Roos over the past 15 years and they truly are the best for repairs or for buying a used vehicle. They mark every part they replace, they keep excellent records, and Etta & Jason are wonderful to work with; always willing to go the extra mile to satisfy their customers.
