Sue is my go-to whenever I need a haircut and I've recommended her to all my friends! I feel like she really understands different hair types and what's flattering for different people. She's also super receptive to feedback and suggestions. Super sweet lady and reasonable prices!
Great haircut!
When I called to make the appointment she didn't even ask for my name. When I arrived my appointment took another customer and made me to wait an extra 20 minutes to be seen. She made me sit on the chair before cleaning the seat, floor and tools but she made me sit on the other people's cut hair and dirt. She has poor English and cannot understand what kind of haircut I requested. I asked if she had hair magazines, pictures to show. I’ll never go to anyone else as long as I’m in Boston for my haircuts~ I’m so picky about precision and she always gets it right!
We were vacationing in Boston. We saw Sue’s hair salon close to our Airbnb. One day it was raining all day, so I decided to get a haircut. I get nervous trying out a new place because I had bad experiences before. I was amazed how she knew which style will go well with my face and the haircut came out better than I expected. My husband loved my haircut too and told me it was the best cut I’ve ever had. Thank you Sue!
