Not a good experience at all. I walked in the salon & no one greeted me. I wandered around for awhile before someone acknowledged me. Then I was told the person I had an appointment with no longer works there. i had a reservation and gave me phone number. You would think someone would have called me and informed me they could no longer perform the service I prepaid for. So here I am two days before my wedding without the service I was expecting to have done. I was given a refund, but that was it. Terrible customer service.
