If you notice, the three one star reviews (this and "Victoria Isabel Valladares" and "Sebastian Mejia" profiles) had no comments and were all left the same day on January 23, 2017. The three profiles are from the same location (Fort Myers, Florida). Profile content are similar as well (same schools, etc).
