Pretends to be nice . But very fake. 1. Couldn't pull out my wisdom teeth properly. Broke them had to go to oral surgeon to get them removed. 2. Gave me appointment to do a crown but didn't have the right parts to do it. Kept promising he will call me as soon as he has the right parts. Takes forever to get me back in. Finally when he does the crown , does a very poor job . Now my gums were swollen painful from bad fitting crown. Great team! The whole family has been going here for over a decade now.
He is the best dentist I have ever visited. I got 3 root canals today and he was so good I was able to fall asleep during the procedure. He always is friendly and makes you feel comfortable. I switched insurance companies even to make sure that I could see him.
Dr. Sung Lee is clearly the dentist who deserves our strongest recommendation. He is serious, sympathetic, precise, and honest. It's hard to find another dentist of comparable professional caliber in this area. It's also worth mentioning is that Dr. Lee has an excellent dental hygienist (Chelsea) on his team. Amazingly meticulous and thorough, Chelsea is definitely one of the very few outstanding dental hygienists we have ever seen over the past two decades.
I was taken in on time and greeted by a very personable staff. Each person was prepared and ready to attend to my visit and needs. DDS Lee was open, honest and sincere in his approach as we discussed my treatment plans. As he worked, I felt he cared about my concerns and I believe he gave me exceptional quality care for the work I was having done.
