I left her place in better condition than when I went in and she pulled a white glove inspection on me when the apt had been empty for 2 weeks. It doesn’t matter what you do to clean your apt she will come up with things that you have no clue of what she is talking about. No win situation when it comes to getting your deposit back. Sue Wilson is a slum landlord. First it took her 7 months to fix are water leak outside. We were paying 300 dollars a month for a water bill for 2 people. She takes her sweet time to do anything. We were forced out of our apartment due to structural damage due to water leaks that Sue let go on for two years. When the apt 1 2809 Frontier ct. Run from Sue Wilson. Not military friendly and is extremely rude. Recommend all friends and family steer clear, there is a reason the properties she is selling have been sitting on the market for a while
Their good people to work with. We rented from them for 22 years and hope to continue to rent. I have to think on this one
