Sue Wilson is a slum landlord. First it took her 7 months to fix are water leak outside. We were paying 300 dollars a month for a water bill for 2 people. She takes her sweet time to do anything. Not military friendly and is extremely rude. Recommend all friends and family steer clear, there is a reason the properties she is selling have been sitting on the market for a while
