Hello from Florida! I've placed a few orders online for Longhorns swag, and it's always such a seamless process. I ordered a few new shirts last week, but when one of them was out of stock, a hand-written apology card was included with my items when I received the shipment (which only took a few days to get!!) I was genuinely touched by the gesture. Customer service at its finest, great prices, and a wonderful selection. Thank you for being my new go-to for my burnt orange needs.
