This place is great! So helpful and friendly. I was recommended by Costco to go here to fix my glasses which had broken (one of the arms had broken off) and they gave me different options for the fix all very reasonably priced. I also had to leave town shortly after my glasses had broken and they were able to accommodate me and get my glasses fixed even quicker than I needed. Overall, I would highly recommend this place. Excellent craftsmanship, reasonable price, not discount but fair for the personal attention and quality, on time repairs. I have also had a prescription filled here.
If you want your optics done right for a reasonable price this is the place. Sue is polite efficient and caring unlike most big box chains that just use you as a number. I’ve been coming here for 9 years and haven’t been disappointed yet with the quality and service. Thank you.
I took my glasses in to have the nose pads replaced, and even though the repair required very fine technical work (I had damaged some screws), Sue Optical had my glasses ready for pickup less than 48 hours after dropping them off. High quality work, great prices, very fast service.
