ATTENTION! To anyone who attended the Michael Franti Concert July 2025 and have yet to be refunded their money: I have filed a complaint with the MN Attorney Generals office regarding the issue. Ive sent multiple emails to Sue Mclean & Associates with no reply. ETix will not refund tickets until Sue Mclean & Associates releasing the funds. I suggest you do the same so they are bombarded with complaints and it prompts an investigation. Thank you!

Lack of accountability and refuses to communicate with customers after saying they would offer refunds due to a canceled concert. The night of the concert was a mess as well. The real shame is that they promised refunds and now continue to ignore us. They won't provide an update and I think they just expect people to forget that they scammed us. We have the same situation with this Sue McLean group with no communication about the Michael Franti cancelled concert. I have emailed ETix as well as called and same situation as one of the other reviews that it’s in Sue McLean & Associates hands to release the refunds. Ridiculous communication and this company should be shut down.

This is a terrible organization to deal with if you have any sort of issue. They had to reschedule the Michael Franti event due to weather and it’s now 6 weeks later without an update on what’s happening. Ticket holders were told that refunds would be accepted but etix is saying that Sue McLean group needs to approve the refunds. There has been no update as to how the process is being handled filed or if the concert will be rescheduled. Poor customer service.
