My wife went to the Michael Franti concert tonight and before he hit the stage they had to evacuate because of thunderstorms in the area. Sue Mclean's website says no refunds, concerts occur rain or shine. But rain doesn't include high winds and dangerous lightning. It mentions nothing on their website about thunderstorms. Their company made a lot of money at tonight's show without providing the show itself and a lot of people got ripped off of a lot of money. **UPDATE** I was contacted and had a very good conversation about our experience and was heard. I feel good about it and we will be treated to some perks going forward. But the important part is that we were heard and listened to. 🙌🏼 Doesn’t respond to anything. Never took ownership of the situation and never gave us what we won! Nothing! AND was treated terribly by the merch woman!

Big mistake on their part that caused me 3hrs of missed work time. Seriously how are you going to offer me 2 tickets I thought I won for 1 free 1. Should've just owned up to the mistake and offered the free tickets. Have gone to many shows before by them and spent lots of money. After this. I'm done.
