Lack of accountability and refuses to communicate with customers after saying they would offer refunds due to a canceled concert. The night of the concert was a mess as well. The real shame is that they promised refunds and now continue to ignore us. They won't provide an update and I think they just expect people to forget that they scammed us. We have the same situation with this Sue McLean group with no communication about the Michael Franti cancelled concert. I have emailed ETix as well as called and same situation as one of the other reviews that it’s in Sue McLean & Associates hands to release the refunds. Ridiculous communication and this company should be shut down.
This is a terrible organization to deal with if you have any sort of issue. They had to reschedule the Michael Franti event due to weather and it’s now 6 weeks later without an update on what’s happening. Ticket holders were told that refunds would be accepted but etix is saying that Sue McLean group needs to approve the refunds. There has been no update as to how the process is being handled filed or if the concert will be rescheduled. Poor customer service.
My wife went to the Michael Franti concert tonight and before he hit the stage they had to evacuate because of thunderstorms in the area. Sue Mclean's website says no refunds, concerts occur rain or shine. But rain doesn't include high winds and dangerous lightning. It mentions nothing on their website about thunderstorms. Their company made a lot of money at tonight's show without providing the show itself and a lot of people got ripped off of a lot of money.
