Gave her 2 appointments before writing this review thinking I caught her on an off day. Her office staff is nice and helpful. I made an appointment for one kid thinking they had pink eye but was told that it was just allergies and to use an OTC eye drops, not a big deal but the appointment was 5 mins, and brushed me off. Second appointment we went because we were asked to get specific meds for a dental issue, she completely brushed us off refusing to Rx the meds, telling me that we should proceed a different way, dismissed m... read more
Absolutely awful I will never go back to her my daughter busted her nose on concrete steps and went to urgent care but had to get primary dr to read results she was the only one with next day opening and now I no why she disregarded everything we said and said she can go back to school her whole left side of face is swollen she couldn’t even close her mouth all the way from swelling and had black eyes and extremely bad pressure in her head from fall there was absolutely no way I was sending her to public school I will never ... read more
We took our son to this Dr for an ear infection and she walked in and said it was swimmers ear before she looked at it she poked the area my son said that hurt she poked it 3 more times each time it was harder. Then she looked at it. The first time he saw her she said he was fat. Horrible Dr.
Charges extra coding for things that were not even done. Refuses to speak to any patients regarding a situation about billing even when they have proof billing is incorrect . Her billing is very inconsistent and incorrect. Hate to change her as my childrens Dr. but the coding is always incorrect with extras added.
