No one does a great job 100% of the time. Even Michael Jordan had bad games. The mark of integrity is how a person handles a situation when they fall short. Sue Garfitt is a kind woman. According to most of these reviews, she is a fine realtor. In our case, she made several errors, and ONE of these is unforgivable AND seems clearly intentional.
