The best decision I've made this year! I received the warmest welcome from Coach J and fellow members when I first joined. Intimidation didn't exist because of guidance and encouragement from the coaches and peers. Everyone comes from various stages in their journey - no judgement whatsoever. THE BEST kickboxing gym! The workouts are always challenging and the coaches are motivating, knowledgeable, and supportive. The members are welcoming and it truly feels like a family atmosphere. I always leave class feeling stronger and glad I came!! This gym has became a part of my daily life and I can’t recommend it more.
The vibes here are immaculate 👌 Everyone is friendly. The gym is clean. You feel like you’ve known Coach Jereme for years even though it’s only been a few sessions. The playlists are BANGIN’. The rounds are tough but you will feel like an absolute beast afterwards. 💯 recommend.
Nowhere else I'd rather spend the little me time I get in my day.
Class was intense and I had so much fun. Jerome is awesome, cant wait to come back!
