Great intense workout that builds lean muscle.
Best workout no matter what level you are at! Love the encouragement and no judgement zone when you walk in. I know every time I show up I’m going to be pushed for a great workout. I was a little nervous coming in since it had been years since I’ve done anything like this but Coach is really good at giving each person a little 1 on 1 to help you with your Form or learning the combos. Definitely 10/10 recommend!
This gym here is amazing. This is one of the few places i come to, to be myself and to better myself. No matter how i’m feeling, mad, sad or whatever it is, working out here will make that all go away and make me feel unstoppable! this place gives me confidence in myself that i never had before! If you’re thinking about trying a class, it will change your life! Jlee and Moana are some of the best people you’ll ever meet!
One of the best decisions of my life to come here and get back in shape.. I feel so comfortable coming here and training.. coach is amazing .. I’ll for sure be staying here for a while 🤞🏽
