Many years ago I was coming and seeing Sue-Ellen, I found her to be extremely helpful and nurturing in her methodology. She advised me to go to a buddhist monastery called chenrezig in the sunshine coast hinterland. It was a life changing experience and I have grown mentally and emotionally and now am embracing life instead of cowering like my past self.
