Sue got me in same day and did a wonderful job giving me highlights, trim and blow dry.
Sue Degraw is simply the best at helping me maintain my "Naturally Blonde Roots'.
Arrived 10 minutes early and she still had her previous client getting her shampoo. Sue told me "go sit down and wait" I asked her how long she would be and she said about 20 minutes. I know it takes longer than that. I told her I had someplace to be and to cancel my appointment. She said "life happens". No apology, no phone call to let me know she was running behind. I have gone to Sue for a couple years but will be looking for a new stylist now.
