This company has no respect for their HOA. No respect for residents, realtors, and closing companies. Lisa and Sue never answers phone. They charge me for services they never performed. Stay away from these thieves...

When you call for a repair, they tell you they have to check with your association board and then never get back to you. You have to keep calling. What's the point of having a management company if they can't manage.
Truly an terrible company, awful communication, don't care about people living in the properties, hire cheap, unprofessional high school kids to do all the grounds work to save money and yet they still raise our association fees?
