Dr. Griffiths has a comfortable private office in a professional building. She takes her time listening and answering questions and never makes you feel rushed. You can tell she has tons of experience and definitely loves what she does for a living.

After visiting 2 other therapists that I did not feel comfortable with, I decided to make an appointment with Dr. Sue who was recommended to me by a friend at work. The office manager was very professional and knowledgeable about using my insurance benefits. I was a bit nervous about meeting with this psychologist after having some negative past experiences, but Dr. Sue helped me to feel comfortable right away. She has a pleasant sense of humor, and she is warm and caring. I highly recommend her.

Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? No, they take every concern of mine seriously Are you going to visit this psychologist again? Without a doubt! Does this psychologist remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Yes Did this psychologist have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Yes Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes

All of their advice was not only unbiased, but helpful. It was nice not to have a psychologist that pushed their opinion on me, but instead genuinely wanted to help me. I wasn't completely satisfied with the way my appointments went. I think it could have gone better. They briefly listened to me, but quickly started talking about other patients and what they were going through. They need to treat their staff with more respect. Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Yes, I think I could have gotten better service elsewhere Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond How would you compare this psychologist to others in his/her field that you have visited? Not the worst, but certainly not the best
