Scott Shuman and his team were incredibly efficient and made the entire selling process seamless. Our home in New Providence sold almost immediately, and we were consistently impressed by their communication, responsiveness, and transparency every step of the way. Do not give this company your contact information. I have asked to be removed from their list and still receive calls, texts, and emails constantly. I only had one unimpressive & uninterested agent show me a home years ago. Had no interest working with them going foward.
Beware. They spam your email and track your clicks. If you were to accidentally click on a link in the email, they will immediately call you on the phone to discuss your home value. Pretty shady business practices.
