Never answer the phone for service quoted me a price for any oil change it was $80.00 high than what they told me. after the work was done. They talked down to me like I was an idiot when I asked a simple question. Do not go or buy from here. I also purchased a Jetta here it was wrecked be for they sold it to me and never told me ( Buy one of there employees!!!) . Have had problems with it since they day I bought it
This has not been owned by Sud's in over a year. This dealership is now Grossinger Motors.
Scotty, the salesman I worked with was very helpful and friendly and Jami in finance was able to get me a reasonable rate for my loan. I even had a brake light come on and they were able to take care of everything that needed to be done and the car is running great!
I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with Sud's VW in Normal, IL. I have purchased 2 new VWs there and last November sold the 2nd one (to get a product other than VW because of Sud's attitude towards woman customers.) I did not use Sud's and would not recommend Sud's to anyone for anything. I have been working through Sud's since November 20, 2012 to obtain the 24.27% that is left on the extended warranty I purchased with that 2nd vehicle. I think the customer service overall is horrible. This is especially true of the service and parts department. Service and parts used to be much better at Sud's, but now I hate coming in there even for a minute. I find that the service department seems indifferent to giving a good customer service experience (at least to me), and that there is a lack of product knowledge, training and experience on the parts side; which also contributes to a lack of customer service.
