Owner/manager very rude, greedy and dishonest! Witnessed a person who lost their money in one of the washers, the coin return malfunctioned and wouldn't return the money. The person who lost the money went to the attendant to seek help. They got the manager. Manager refused to unlock the machine or refund the money saying that if she were to refund the lost money, that then, she would be out. How lame is this???
