Put simply, my experience working with sudler and namely Marsha Williams was terrible. There was numerous instances where I wondered if they realized our building and its residents were their clients. If you asked for something from Sudler, Marsha’s response would be a combination of delayed, rude, and incomplete. Sudler property Management Group is the worst property management group!!!! I moved into 600 N Dearborn St a little over a year ago. I had moved into a unit with a 600 sq foot terrace and realized my railings swayed back and forth so much it was very dangerous seeing we lived on the 6th floor. I contacted management 3 times over 8 months asking for this to be fixed and was ignored. I made one phone call to the alderman and filed a complaint. TERRIBLE. Sudler is absolutely the worst property management group I've ever encountered in my life. Allison ******* **extremely rude (as are all of them) and is attempting to charge me $1750 (yes that's right, i didn't accidentally add a '1') for moving a bedroom set through the front door at 630pm on a Friday. Never received "Rules and Regulations" and first time offense after having lived in the condo for 6 years. $1750?!!! No damages to property. I switched a bank account due to COVID and my payment failed for the first time in 5 years. I was charged $50 return fee. Not $15, $20 or $30 but $50. I expected more empathy in these uncertain times. Property manager just said it was a bank, not us, and didn't want to give me their name or contact info so I can inquiry about waiving this fee. I also asked if Sudler has any notification system in place (email or text) to let a customer know when payment fails and give us a grace period of let say 24-48 hours to update our CC... read more

I moved into a building by the lake in Chicago. I have lived in several high rises prior to my move, all of which were pleasant experiences. Since my move in August 2017, I've had several bad experiences. This recent incident was the cherry on top. I had hired a contractor (family friend and pastor) to remodel my bathroom.
