I am impressed visiting Dr. Santoso's office. She is highly educated and experienced in working with children. The staff are very helpful and kind.
Doctor is strong indication of patients satisfaction and confidence in doctor's care she takes time with patients staff is very helpful patients are generally happy with the care they received, including the doctor's expertise, bedside manner, and staff interactions.
Honestly I would not bring my children here, the pediatrician is incredible but her staff needs some training. I am not sure if most are actual nurses or just women in scrubs but they provide zero help. They are rude and useless. They are only open for 3 hours and I am waiting there the entire 3 hours, what even is that point of being open for 3 hours if you cannot be efficient.
