My doctor is retiring. He was the gold standard in care and compassion. The one star rating reflects my interaction with a staff member during checkout. She needs to be retrained on HIPA protocols. She repeated numerous times what my referral was for in a loud manner. I read very well. They're was no need to announce as i knew what the referral was for.
