Horrible. Incompetent. Dirty. Took Months to get a human on the phone to schedule appt. 1st try they send me to a closed office, 2nd try they forgot to put me in their appt book. 9 months after starting to try to reach this guy, I finally have my procedure scheduled. He forgot to sign the prescription!!! and when my pharmacy called the number on the pad it was disconnected and when they googled the address on the pad it was listed as “permanently closed.” So I had to buy 3 OTC preps.
