Never told we had to be there early to do paperwork. Showed up on time and these a-holes made us reschedule our appointment. It took me less than 5 minutes to complete the paperwork. Go to an office that cares. Not the first time they have done stupid stuff, but it will be the last for me!! Take your insurance somewhere else!

Lost my sense of smell for a year... Had the endoscopy 2016, then got chronic sinusitis. Was not told that I would be worse off after the surgery then i was before the surgery.
