My best friend came over really upset. She was worried because the doctor messaged her she needed to start therapy for labs. The doctor and his office kept telling her to call his cell phone (terribly inappropriate telling a woman to call a man’s cell phone) but she doesn’t use a phone. Maybe they should pay attention and read her chart as to why she doesn’t use a phone! Also, she used my phone to try to call the office more than 10 times. The call center kept hanging up on her. Dr Rao is awesome but you can’t contact his office. The call center screens the calls. The office hours said it was open until 5 p.m. but the call center said they were closed. This was at 2:20 p.m. I’ve tried 7 times to call the office. Call center always says there is nobody available and hangs up. Think I need to find a new provider that I can communicate with, which really, really stinks because Dr. Rao is an amazing doctor!
