I was referred to this so called doctor years ago and he told me my back was so bad nothing could be done. I told my reg doctor to send me to anyone except Kiefer and thats exactly where she sent me.. Against my better judgement I went to see him. He claimed yes we will fix you right up. He didnt remember me. I asked him whats changed and he looked confused. Dr Gruber has done amazing surgery on my vp shunt. Jonathan has done amazing at yelling at me (while standing over me). They both decided I didn’t need my shunt and refuse to put one back in unless I go through lumbar punctures again. My back hurts from all the ones I had. I never overdrained with my shunt. I feel like my head is going to explode. But I don’t need it?
Dr Gruber was the rudest Dr I have ever been too!!!He even asked why I am in a rest home? He asked where my pain was. Setting in my wheelchair with a huge brace across my back I couldn’t point to the exact spot.But I said I guess the pain would be where my L4 has a broken bone.And also L3 & L4 are both bulging.He said he doesn’t know if putting cement in that bone would stop my pain.I told him I can barely lift my left leg.He said that could be a pinch nerve.To top it all he asked Bobby why he can’t take care of me @ home?He... read more

Referred to him by Dr Moss . He is very personable and knowledgeable. Treated my back pain and it is completely healed after about 9 months . Recommend him very highly. Rick park

Excellent care for my kidney stones. Quick to see u in an emergency. Long wait times once you check in is only down side.
Even though I reaaly didn't like him, I chose him for brain tumor surgery because he has been at this a long time, I learned the hard way, maybe too long. My surgery could not have been worse, He NEVER APOLOGIZED or showed compassion for me.
