Worst way to talk to patients. The Nurse that the doctor has no work etiquette on how to talk. When the patient is talking and he doesnot understand some thing, they need to explain it in a good way not directly disconnecting the call. I would never visit again. Worst experience never had this with any nurse.

I couldn’t get in to my normal doctor so I apprehensively booked with Dr. Konda. He did not listen to my primary concern so I basically overpaid just to be seen for a lab referral. Meanwhile, I still have my primary issue and still have to pay his doctor bill for the visit he did nothing for.

If you love yourself and your family DO NOT GO THERE!!! you will get the testing, checkup. Medicine anywhere else so just go somewhere else. This place is full of dumb, rude , unsympathetic people. They don’t care about their patients. Especially the nurses. They will tell you in your face how dumb you are, and you should be shameful for asking for help. My boys and I had a very positive experience with Dr. Konda. He was kind, listened well and addressed all our concerns. He ordered lab work and secured referrals to the specialists we needed. We were able to call his office for the results within 48 hours. He also put in prescriptions we needed without requiring an additional appointment. Highly recommend.
