This office manager, just cost me nearly 4 months of my life waiting for an appointment that never came. She cancelled my 1st due to me not calling her back from her reminder call before noon. It was rescheduled for 2 months later, then i was told i was terminated as a patient due to her forgetting their policy, that if I missed my first appointment, they have to terminate me. But I didn't miss it, it was cancelled, because I didn't call them back in time, for a reminder?
Dr. Morthala is a great doctor, he was able to make me feel at ease over time and his level of professionalism is certainly exceptional. My only regret is he no longer accepts my form of insurance and I must go to another provider. But, I would highly recommend him as a psychiatrist!
Spends a good hour with me each visit. Makes sure I understand everything he is saying. Very comfortable with him. Before my first visit I thought there would be a problem understanding him but he speaks English very well and is easy to understand. Very professional.
