I am so frustrated with this doctor and this health system. Like others who have complained, when I rejected her proposed medication (she wanted to go straight to GLP-1s for the type 2 diabetes she diagnosed and refused to consider Jardience), I was basically ghosted. I sent multiple MyChart messages and could never get the office--the number just rang and rang. A good experience
After waiting 2.5 months for an appointment, I waited 45 minutes from the start of my appointment to be seen. Only to be told we will needs full panel bloodwork and to come back in (soonest available) 3 weeks. Took 5 business days to get my after visit report. Received medication for my blood work with no explanation (I had to message nurse). She reviewed my blood work during appointment and concluded it’s all normal but suggested an injectable.
