Extreme long wait. Lunch hour appointment becomes 2 hour appointment. Front desk staff is extremely unpleasant unprofessional. No manners to talk or be polite. They call in and filled out wrong strength prescriptions to pharmacy.
Ok. I received a called from this office didn't catch the woman's name but she was a Indian woman and she was rude. She called to say I had a balance due.. I told her how is that, she said it is a copay. I informed her I don't have any. She proceeds to say the service was for last year. 2021. I asked what type service? Dr Kamath is such a wonderful and very caring Doctor, she always takes good care of me, she is such a good Doctor, and listens to you and explains everything to you.
