The office staff is amazing and does a great job trying to address patient needs. However on average if you wish to speak to or receive a response from Dr Bolla plan on waiting a week before you will hear anything. I feel for her staff who are trying to work around her lack of patient response. None of the low ratings apply to the office staff.
Excellent doctor. Very compassionate and knowledgeable.
