Richard Reyes was an integral component to our move. He was always very pleasant to talk to, even when I would call multiple times in a day and ask the same questions. I will caution you (and implore you) not to engage with Suddath. In summary, a lot of my belongings sustained considerable damage, and a significant number of items of great sentimental value went missing. Details: my move from Oakland, CA to Rockville, MD was the stuff of nightmares. I used full service long-distance moving company when I moved from Washington DC to Los Angeles 4 years ago.
