Recently made a purchase here of a new snowblower and they were great to deal with. Friendly staff made the process easy.
Sudbury Small Engine has provided good service in the past, with great attention to detail and professional work. However, as with any business, it depends on which employee does your work. I recently had an inverter generator serviced here, and was disappointed with the result. The machine was improperly reassembled, with fastening hardware visibly missing.
