Worst customer service. They are happy to sell you the wrong part and accept no responsibility for it.
I have been using them for years for all of my equipment. My Cub Cadet is an absolute workhorse and their repairs are fast and cost efficient. It wouldn't be summer if I didn't break something and had to visit for a repair. I highly recommend them for your small engine needs. They are always friendly people to work with.
