No customer service at this place. I've called here twice looking for a blade for my lawn mower and got put on hold both times for over 5 minutes then hung up on.
Needed a new zero turn mower and the team at Sudbury small engines went above and beyond to help with the process. They were great to deal with.
Change your hours online so people don’t drive into town to get parts on Saturday to find out you are closed for summer hours.
Purchased parts for my tractor they had them in stalk and were very knowledgeable. Thanks for great friendly service.
