The clinic has great staff! On the medical side I have been a few times and they have always been helpful finding solutions and being open to trying new options for my complicated skin! Recently also visited the cosmetic side which I can be honest and say that I was a little bit nervous, however from the minute that I was in the room Melissa put my mind at ease, she was very honest about things and explained things very clearly! Dr.Lyne Giroux and her entire team at the Skin Clinique were all amazing and very professional in their respective roles . I was a bit nervous to have some spots looked at and ultimately removed and the entire process was virtually painless and everything is looking great! I would highly recommend Sudbury Skin Clinique! Went there for the first time last month, was looking forward to seeing a dermatologist since Ive had acne for years. Went into the room and the nurse was helpful explaining questions I had. Realistically just made claims I already knew. When the Dr came in it was not comforting. She seemed like she just wanted me out didn’t even look at my skin I just told her something I discussed trying with the nurse and she just said yes without looking. First time ever doing ANYTHING to my Face & it was definitely a smooth experience thanks to Melissa!! Her aura made the experience flow smoothly! Will be coming to Sudbury Skin Clinique for all my concerns from here on out :)
Very nice and professional staff, they know what they're doing. They have all kind of equipments and a line of various products. Like anything cosmetic related, the treatments work but it's not a one time thing. It usually have to be repeated like once a year for maintenance.
