Very bad service. Woman who answers is very rude. Got charged to fix tire that they never did which was confirmed by a mechanic that the crew was still there and no plugs on either rear tires. When I called they said it was the other tire. Not!! Both my back tires were checked and there was never any repairs. Beware...they will screw you over.

I was in Sudbury for work, visiting from the GTA, when my car’s battery died. After calling over 20 mechanic shops with no luck, I finally reached out to Sudbury Service Centre. They were the only ones willing to help. I drove to their shop, and they quickly installed a new battery and got me back on the road. Really appreciate their fast service. Highly recommended!

Hi ,terrible service brought in our vehicle to get the warranty work done. Tried to bill me unauthorized work never called me .damaged all lug nuts when removing them and put them back on ! Without telling me and when approached about new lug nuts.he offered to pay 50 percent ,I said no. I want 20 new lug nuts instead ..he still said no ..Instead I will take the bad review..Customer service center don't care about the customer..fyi they should call the customer for any work that needs to be done ..fyi he doesn't care about t... read more
