The people at Sudbury rug are fabulous, Nancy worked with us through the whole process and did everything she could to win our business. It was wonderful to have a person answer the phone with real information and the ability to make the customer happy. You can NEVER get that type of service from a big company. Nancy the owner even came to the house to make sure that the installation of a very large rug was flawless.
I just had the best experience with Sudbury Rug. I ordered a runner for my stairs and was so pleased with the selection they offered. Nancy was great to work with and kept me appraised during the whole ordering and delivery process. The installer, Jay, was awesome as well. He gave a lot of thought to the best way to cut the runner so the border would look perfect where the stairs turned. All in all, working with Sudbury Rug was great!
