My cat that came in to the Sudbury Cat Hospital for help with allergies and ongoing ear infections was treated by being prescribed the steroid, Prednilosone. This drug does nothing to help the cat's originating problem. It simply treats the symptoms for a short time and ultimately leaves them with many more and worse health problems (this can be googled). It is being used as a cure all by vets, which is a lazy way to run your practise. If you cannot address a problem tell the patient before making them spend a lot of money o... read more
