I concur with Jacy Mulligan, these folks are not trustworthy, they seem to be scamming people. We thought we were getting someone local in Sudbury to clean our place, but another foreign company called "gleam team" took our credit card information for a deposit. They did not show up and kept charging our credit card. They are not-responsive when calling them. Use another sudbury cleaning service.

If I could I would give ZERO stars!!! Be aware, this company will ask you for a 50% deposit before ever showing up to your home for cleaning services. With that said, I am extremely thankful that I did not risk this concept upon booking a service. As it turns out, our booking time & date was a NO SHOW. However, what is now frustrating about all of this, this company continues to send invoice emails (of a full amount owing) for a service that NEVER HAPPENED!!!!! I had a real tough time cleaning ma house due to my back. My kids are busy playing on their computers. I asked for the assistance to this team and I am satisfied to their fast response. Their staff are all friendly and I feel like we’ve known each other for a very long time. I am at ease to this team. I will book to them again soon!
My sister and brothers don’t know how to clean their own dirt. My friends will visit our house and have some chit chats and party. I asked the team to clean our house and make it feel cozy for my friends to appreciate it. I am satisfied on how they clean our house. I know my friends will also love the look of our house now!
