I ordered part dec 10 and now in feb and still no part. They make excuse left and right. Never answer the phone. When they tell you they will call you back they don't. I though I would support local. Never again after this poor experience. They don't care so avoid them if possible. Calling visa to charge back cause they never answer phone.
Ordered fire place from him last minute he come through no problem , reading up on this fireplace and figured that I’m missing heat dumps for it to have it full potential … no big deal… , so I ha no issues I decided to deal with them again , I ordered a vent kit for a napoleon gas fire place and after 4 months of “ here next week” I got fed up I went over … he then done me a kit which he had in the basement and was not the right one , “no returns” I sold the kit for half the price ordered the proper from KC heating 3 days la... read more
We tried shopping all local stores in Sudbury These were the only people to first off answer our questions right away. They were prompt in calling us back with pricing. Pricing was excellent Almost half of everyone else And they also had everything in stock Highly highly recommended

It would probably rate as the worse business in the Greater Sudbury area. They are initially very polite, I purchased a gas fireplace in February 2020, but they lost my parts, installed it a year later, and the installer, supposed to be a teacher at Cambrian came to set it up and left with the glass rocks I paid for. They did not re-reimburse me or return them. I have been waiting for the outer frame for the unit forever. No service, I used to call weekly, then monthly, and stop in when my blood pressure can handle it. Waste... read more
