Rough customer service and horrible wait times. No resolution to any problems and no accountability
They Claimed I neeeded a new stator so they went ahead with the work . They called said it was ready, went to pick up and found the same issue . They then took it back and repaired a wire harness issue and issue was resolved. Took it home started it and it caught fire, found they didn’t secure fuel lines. I’ve called several times but they won’t respond ..
Dealt with this company for the first time over the last week or so. My experience was fantastic! A special nod to Scott in the parts department. Went the extra mile (and a half) to help make the best of my situation. Will look for reasons to do business here again. Thanks! Kevin
