Great service and good parts but always delayed or takes weeks to get fixed no matter what the problem was there about a year ago there shop and parking lot for atv snowmobiles boats ect was empty and weren't backed up at all and told me it would be 3 weeks for a simple annual service on my outboard and there wasn't a customer ahead of me it was just me on the list not impressed with that
I purchased a new boat just before the August long weekend and the team worked hard to get the boat ready so I could enjoy for this upcoming holiday weekend. Unfortunately on it's inaugural trip, there was a malfunction in the controls and the boat was left inoperable, needless to say I was quite disappointed. I called the dealership on Friday afternoon of this long weekend and received the best service imaginable.
