My initial visit went well. So did my arrival for my extraction with anesthesia. After my extraction, they were very abrupt. My real complaint came when I had difficulty about 2 weeks after my surgery. I called 2 times about a painful sore on my gums. They didn't return either message. When I finally talked to someone, she said the nurses were on lunch and would get back to me. When the nurse called, she said they would call in the rinse I asked for. This place did nice work except they are TERRIBLE AT PAIN MANAGEMENT. If you're afraid of the dentist putting you in pain with no medicine to help afterwards, GO ELSEWHERE. Yes, I'm sure someone drug-seeking really wants to have teeth ripped out of their head for a measly 3 or 4 percocet. So they give you NOTHING and tell you to walk it off. Guess I can't build my drug empire now from selling pills. Poor me. After 24 hours of no sleep and excruciating pain, I called and they don't care. Apparently, its a big joke .... they j... read more
Beware, they will send you a extra bill after your procedure. When you try and contact the billing department they will refuse to answer and are not above committing fraud when sending to collections. This has been turned over to state police and ADA for further investigation.
doctors are a pain in the butt i don't recommend this place
