Thank You to Dr. Vakkas, Nicole and Haley, This was very difficult decision for me to make. I am having 3 implants done. 10 years ago I had a failed implant and it was very tramatic for me. Dr. Vakkas has been very reassuring. Haley has also taken the extra time to talk me through this process. Thank You for going through this journey with me. Leigh Breslin

This office should be ashamed of their business practices. Sudbrink attempted to charge a 10 year old $390.00 out of pocket for an X-ray.. This practice LIED and said the insurance company denied the X-ray. The insurance company exposed their fraud by stating an approval was NEVER submitted. When the Billing staff was confronted with their lie, they agreed to finally submit a request for services. Upon submittal, they sent the WRONG code for approval & NO medical documentation. I was referred to Sudbrink Oral Surgery by my dentist in Hershey, due to a reoccurring gum infection caused by my wisdom teeth. The Hershey office didn’t have any openings but the Ephrata office did, which was lucky for me because the staff there made the entire process pain-free (literally and figuratively) and hassle-free for me from the outset. I was referred to Sudbrink Oral Surgery by my general dentist to have my impacted wisdom teeth removed which were causing me a lot of pain. They were able to schedule my consultation the following day due to a cancellation. At the consult I found the Dr to be very knowledgeable and compassionate. I am not very brave when it comes to Dentist. I was very nervous when I was told I needed a wisdom tooth out.( I am a gagger, and do not like pain) Dr. Sudbrink was recommended. He had a calm manner, but I was still very concerned and anxious. The day of my surgery was quite a surprise. The procedure took about twenty minutes, and because of the anesthesia used I felt no pain nor had any gagging problems. What a relief to know should I need any further oral surgery , Dr Sudbrink will be there to work with me. Thank you!!
