I love the house Sudbeck Homes built for me in 2024. Everything in it was just the way I wanted it. But most important, during the first year's warranty, every time I needed something, someone came to my aid. All of the issues were always taken care of. Terri is an amazing client relations advocate, always ready to help/assist.
Very dishonest company full a excuses.
I would not advise doing any kind of business with Melvin Sudbeck! One of his foremans contracted me to do work for them last winter. I completed my work his foreman approved my bill sent it to Melvin and he will not pay me. He will not take a phone call, will not respond to an email, and will not give his foreman or office personnel a reason as to why. They were build Febuary 12 2024. It is now June.
