Very dishonest company full a excuses.
I would not advise doing any kind of business with Melvin Sudbeck! One of his foremans contracted me to do work for them last winter. I completed my work his foreman approved my bill sent it to Melvin and he will not pay me. He will not take a phone call, will not respond to an email, and will not give his foreman or office personnel a reason as to why. They were build Febuary 12 2024. It is now June.
Horrible company. If I could leave 0 stars I would. Not a legit company. Unresponsive, disrespectful, untrustworthy! Steer clear!
We had Sudbeck build our current home. This is the second house we had built from start to finish. It was obvious from the start that they were a far superior builder. The quality of materials and workmanship was much better than the first builder. Both were custom builders.
Melvin Sudbeck is a dishonest person who stiffs honest companies out of money. People should be wary and not use this company.
